VEX team 7536 lift fixed

via IFTTT

Today we were trying to solve a problem with the lift swaying on the way up.  In the past few days teh lift would lean really bad to one sire.  I found the problem with lift when 2 team members and I were experimenting.  We noticed one arm lifted aa little easier on one side at a particular point in the lift cycle.  I got in front of the lift and down below it then used the radios to lift.  After watching one arm stick slightly at one point we say that 2 screw heads on the gear were striking the C channel on the lift tower.  It was less than 1/2 mm rub, but it really caused the problem.  So... after about 1.5 hours of tearing down the lift tower and re-spacing things... we have it fixed!  Thanks to Kelvin and Martin for getting in and getting it done!  It took all of us to get it done.  Now to rebuild the conveyor.
